What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and After Pay. For bulk orders, please submit an inquiry in the form above.
Where is my order confirmation and tracking number?
Your order confirmation number will be sent to the email you provided after purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact us. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
When will I receive my card game?
Once your order is placed, our team will ship it within 1-3 business days. You can pick your shipping speeds at checkout. Delivery times depend on your shipping choice and location.
Where is my order?
A link to view your order status can be found in the Order Confirmation email or by contacting us. You’ll also receive a Shipping Confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Sometimes tracking scans are delayed. If you don’t see movement on your package, please wait 24 hours to allow the system to update.
If your order is in transit for more than10 business X days, contact us and we’ll be happy to help track it down.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Please wait 2 - 3 days for your order to arrive, in case there is a problem with delivery. If your order still hasn’t arrived, please contact us.
- Check your order confirmation to verify that your address is correct. If it’s incorrect, please contact us.
- Ask your neighbors if they’ve seen your package.
How do returns work?
